Vice President, Finance of Innovation Fuels, Inc. (“Innovation”), a biodiesel producer with over 40 MMGY production capacity. Michael helped Innovation launch and obtain $17 million of Series A debt and equity capital from a sponsor group led by Credit Suisse (“CFIG”).

Executive Vice President, Finance & Corporate Development of Natural Systems Utilities, LLC

Executive Vice President, Finance & Corporate Development of Natural Systems Utilities, LLC (“NSU”), a clean technology water management company with a 20,000+ customer pipeline and $750,000 annualized revenue. Michael helped NSU launch, acquire its platform operating company, and obtain $2 million of Series A equity capital.
